Product Description

Intake manifold (intake boot) for the Raket 120 engine, connecting the carburetor to the engine. In a 2-stroke engine, the intake manifold plays a critical role, as any air leak on the intake side directly affects the air–fuel mixture.

If a leak develops in the intake boot, the engine will run lean, which can quickly lead to overheating and severe engine damage or seizure. This intake manifold is made from a plastic composite material, and due to constant vibration and heat cycles, hairline cracks may develop. These cracks are often very difficult to detect during a quick visual inspection.
