Rear Bumper Mounting Bush Kit

Bush kit for mounting the karting rear bumper bracket set to the chassis rear tube.

The kit is available for three different chassis tube diameters, so before ordering it is important to measure the diameter of your chassis rear tube.

Available Sizes

• For 28 mm chassis tube
• For 30 mm chassis tube
• For 32 mm chassis tube

Typical guideline:

• Small chassis → 28 mm
• Large chassis → 30 mm or 32 mm

Technical Specifications

• Bushing diameter for bumper bracket: 19.7 mm
• Offset between chassis tube and bumper bracket: 8 mm

The spacer bushing moves the bumper bracket 8 mm away from the chassis tube.

Kit Includes

The kit includes all parts shown in the product image:

• Rubber bushings for inside the chassis tube
• Mounting bolts
• Nuts
• Spacer bushings for both sides of the rear bumper bracket

Compatibility

Designed for rear bumper mounting bracket set KA625.

However, the kit has also been used with rear bumper brackets from other manufacturers, provided that the dimensions match.
