Kartingshop.fi is operated by Kisakone Oy and sells new karting and motorsport products to private individuals and businesses.
2. Formation of Contract
Products are ordered through the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and completing payment at checkout.
The sales contract is considered concluded when the customer has received an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of stock error, obvious pricing error, or technical error. In such cases the customer will be informed without delay and any payment made will be refunded in full.
3. Prices and Taxation
All prices include value added tax in accordance with Finnish legislation.
Sales within the European Union are carried out according to the applicable tax regulations.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges outside the European Union are the responsibility of the recipient.
We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs before the contract is concluded.
4. Payment Methods
The payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj 2122839-7 in cooperation with banks and financial institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payment recipient on the bank statement or card invoice and transfers the payment to the merchant.

Available payment methods may vary depending on language version and customer location.
5. Delivery
We deliver within Finland and internationally.
Estimated delivery times:
Finland 1 to 3 business days
European Union 2 to 8 business days
Outside the European Union 3 to 14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not binding.
Available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout before payment. We recommend reading the description of the selected shipping method carefully.
Orders are generally dispatched immediately or no later than the next business day.
If a delay occurs, the customer will be informed without delay.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a 14 day right of withdrawal in accordance with Finnish consumer protection legislation.
The withdrawal period begins on the day when:
the package has been delivered to the customer, or
the package has been available for pickup.
The returned product must be:
unused
in original condition
suitable for resale
The customer must notify the return in advance by email to info@kartingshop.fi.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or the delivery was incorrect.
Refunds are made using the original payment method within 14 days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
7. Defective Product
Any claim regarding a defective product must be made within 14 days from receipt of the product.
The product must not be installed or modified before the matter has been agreed with the seller.
Warranty matters are handled according to the warranty terms of the manufacturer or importer.
8. Limitation of Liability
Kartingshop.fi is not responsible for installation, removal, diagnostic costs, or any indirect damages.
Product information and images are presented as accurately as possible. In case of discrepancy, the written product description prevails.
9. Unclaimed Shipment
Failure to collect a shipment does not constitute withdrawal from the order.
We reserve the right to charge the actual shipping and return costs for unclaimed shipments.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Finnish law.
In consumer disputes, the customer may refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
Consumers within the European Union may also use the European Commission online dispute resolution platform.
