The store sells products to individuals of legal age and companies. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Ordering
Products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to resolve any ambiguities that arise, unless otherwise stated. Order and payment confirmation
Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by email, which will show your order details. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always have your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products in the order confirmation.

Delivery methods and costs
Delivery costs include shipping and packaging costs. When you checkout, you will see the different delivery methods, times and costs.
The delivery methods used are Finnish Post, GLS, UPS and Fedex.
Delivery time
Our delivery times depend on the country you order from. The order is always shipped on the day of the order, if it is a weekday. The fastest air freight delivery time is 1-3 working days. We only sell products that are in our own warehouse, this allows us to meet delivery times. If there is a balance error in the ordered product, the customer will be notified immediately that the product is missing.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect disadvantages caused by delays. The online store informs about deviating delivery times on its website.
Return terms
According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to exchange or return your entire order or part of it within 14 days of the shipment being received at the pickup point. The right of return only applies to unused and saleable products in the original packaging. There is no right of return for electronic parts. If the customer has ordered a spare part without checking its suitability, the price of the product will be refunded, minus shipping costs. If the error is in the spare part number / compatibility table in the online store, the full purchase price will be refunded. If the customer has ordered a product and wants to return it without a good reason, like I don't need it. The customer pays the shipping costs in both directions. Returns are always sent first by email to info@kartingshop.fi. You will receive the return shipping bill by email, after first agreeing on the matter.
Unclaimed package
Not claiming is not the same as a return or cancellation. We will charge shipping costs for an undeclared package for which no separate cancellation notice has been made.
Problem situations
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or it does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the error in writing within 14 days at the latest to the address mentioned in the Right of cancellation and return conditions section or by calling the telephone number mentioned in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged in transport, you must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company you have chosen.
